v2 pages-server routing: {owner}.{domain}/{repo}/ → {owner}/{repo} pages branch.
The docs should be pushed to PPII-TelecomNanCiv's pages branch, not
to a subdirectory inside invertime/pages.

fix(CI): deploy docs to own pages branch; add docs URL to release ... 886c584a46

- Deploy Doxygen HTML to the 'pages' branch of PPII-TelecomNanCiv itself
  using GITHUB_TOKEN (no PAGES_DEPLOY_TOKEN secret needed)
- Handle missing pages branch by creating an orphan branch on first run
- Add documentation URL to Forgejo release body
